Order Processing

Since the FBA MCF service is used, Amazon will process the order for us. Usually, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery times are calculated from the time an order ships from Amazon fulfillment center to when it is delivered to the buyer.

We’re offering Free Shipping for Standard Shipping, and a flat rate for Expedited and Priority shipping.

When you've applied a free shipping discount code, the Standard Shipping will be applied to your order no matter what shipping option you choose.

International Shipping

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@reechohair.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
