REECHO offers 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1.How much you need to pay if there is issue when you receive your order?
1.1. wrong item sent/ Problems with product quality (such as color difference/hair shedding/getting tangled) and any other problems on the item, packing and shipping    ------   We are glad to resend you replacement or process the full or partial refund(depends on the actual situation) if the item does not meet your needs.
1.2. Do not like the item/buy it by accidentally and any other problems of the customer.   ----- you only need to pay the shipping fee to return the item in original condition.
2. How to process the return?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@reechohair.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Kindly note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How long I will get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and it will take 7-14 days depending on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
